The overall challenge of the "My Future at Galați Liberty Steel Plant" project is to inspire and empower young people to explore and articulate their career aspirations through creative storytelling. 

Participants will identify roles at the plant that align with their interests, develop engaging video presentations to showcase their passion and suitability for those roles, and build essential skills in planning, filming, and editing. 

The project encourages them to think critically about their future, develop confidence in self-expression, and gain insight into the opportunities available at Galați Liberty Steel Plant. 

Ultimately, it combines career exploration with creative media production in a supportive, hands-on environment
