Digital Skills Learning Programme

Project Description

Upskill-It is a digital skills and employability programme designed for individuals across Carmarthenshire who are not currently in full-time education, employment, or training and would benefit from building their digital confidence.

Delivered throughout Carmarthenshire, our courses provide a supportive, relaxed, and hands-on environment where participants can develop essential skills while enjoying the learning process.

Aims

The aim of the project is to offer a creative and engaging approach to learning. Participants take part in a range of practical activities, including:

  • Filmmaking and animation

  • Creative electronics

  • Digital music production

  • Microsoft Office and essential digital tools

Our sessions are designed to be relevant, inspiring, and aligned with local job opportunities, further training, and pathways into the digital and creative industries.

We bring our workshops directly to participants, delivering them in accessible community locations that are easy to reach. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to get involved, gain new skills, and unlock their full potential.
