For example, our partnership with Wates for the House of the Future project encouraged participants to explore the possibilities of eco-friendly construction. The focus of this project was to raise awareness for construction and the green work that Wates does while educating young people about:

  • Electrical safety

  • Coding & computer science

  • STEM subjects

  • Green technologies

  • Green skills

  • The skills need to access jobs in green industries

2. Economic Social Value

Rewise Learning focuses on delivering educational workshops as a way to address skill shortages and work towards economic growth. Our community-based workshops provide participants with opportunities to gain qualifications while learning valuable skills, building confidence, and boosting their employability.

Our Geared Up for STEM project, in partnership with the GFG Foundation, encourages young learners to consider careers in STEM. Over 300 young people were challenged to build a Bluetooth-controlled model car to compete in fun race challenges. Participants learnt about computer coding, electronics, and product design and were educated about a variety of different STEM career paths.

At Rewise Learning, our commitment to giving back is at the core of our mission. Through partnerships with various charities such as The Prince's Trust, we help deliver creative workshops that support mental health, social inclusion, and skill development in communities that need it most.

Our Get Started Program, in partnership with The Prince's Trust, was delivered across the UK to young people 16-30 not in education, employment, or training. These workshops were designed to inspire and motivate young people to find a career that will bring them joy. Participants were provided with employment and progression support, while expanding on soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Engaging in philanthropic CSR not only strengthens a company’s reputation but also boosts employee morale, as they come together and create a positive work culture centered around giving back.



4. Human Rights and Ethical Responsibility

Human rights and ethical responsibility focus on ensuring fair labor practices, protecting employee rights, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
